Thanks. Skitz is still only young (1yo) but Crystal is getting along ok (9yo). She had an operation the other day to remove 2 tumours on her chest and stomach but everything turned out ok so far. Mum got her desexed at the same time saved a bit of money but it's all worth it coz she's pretty much family.

ya, they do become family
thats a big age difference though. 1yr old and 9yr old.
hope Crystal is recovering ok.

i couldn't leave my cat in australia. i think his heart would have broken and maybe he would have pined away and died.
some neighbors fed him when i went to new zealand for two weeks and said that he howled at the moon every night.

lol they get like that. We've had Crystal since she was a puppy (long story short our neighbours both went away and their dogs dug a hole under the fence and yeah) but we only got Skitz few months ago. Our nan's neighbour was his owner but he always barked and it was upsetting her bcoz she thought he was upsetting all the other neighbours. So we offered to take him off her hands, he's only shut up a little bit since and that's bcoz we got him 'snipped'
Cant remember if it's Mel or Mazz which 1 has the fluffy little maltese terrier it's gorgeous.

he he, he barks with a higher voice tongue

yep, that's pretty much along the same lines as how i got trix except he didn't dig a hole. he just kept coming over to my place. she said he likes you better so if you want him, he's yours.
i think he was glad to get out of there because she had kids that would harrass him.
great cat

Cats have got a toy each ey? JOKES!! Over the years i've had tortoises (sp?) and a few guinea pigs. They've died of old age, shock, thirst or hung themselves (long story - dad drilled hole in end of tort's shell to tie him up to a stick he had like the whole back area of our yard to roam but came home during a hot day and found he had crawled around the mint and the fishing line that tied him up was wound around and around until he climbed over a plant but couldnt reach the ground bcoz he ran out of line... sad sad day) oh yeah a goldfish we won jumped out of the punch bowl (couldnt be bothered getting a tank) and we found it next morning dead.
Our pets just dont love us.
We also had hermit crabs over the years best pets ever!! except for the 1 i accidentally threw in the bin but didnt realised until 2 days later when we couldnt find it.. I had a cold and the table was covered in tissues, poor bugger got caught up inthem all.

Shocked tragedy. well at least crystal and skitz are a bit bigger so they wont get lost in tissues.
i heard about someone who wanted to give their goldfishes a drink of beer or something once. wtf they poured some in the tank and the next day they were all floating dead up the top. some party hey? dumbasses

nice looking dog mighty west. he looks like a brutus beefcake
