Well, it's that time again, the Dogs and Saints have been bumped but even so, there is another game to get through before the 2008 AFL Season is put to bed, the Cats and the Hawks.
Any predictions for the game? I think that the Cats should beat the Hawks fairly comprehensively. I actually don't care how much Geelong win by, I just want to see the Hawks in tears after the game and know that the Dogs losing wasn't in vain and that it was to the eventual premiers.
I know a lot of people would like to see the Cats knocked off their cocky perches but seeing the Hawks win would give their supporters an actual real reason to be cockier than they already are. A decimation is in order and if the Cats can destroy them just like they did to Port, oh happy day!
Any ideas? _________________ WWW.SONSOFTHESCRAY.COM |

I wanted the hawks to win, but then someone reminded me of Jim from Hawthorn, and thats made me want Geelong to win, anyone who listens to SEN would know who Jim from Hawthorn is.
Plus i have a friend who goes for Geelong, so id like them to win for him |

Don't really care to be honest, but will still watch it, should be a great game.
Saying that, Geelong will win, they should have been handed the cup over months ago!
Poor ol DoW is going to be alot lighter in the hip pocket! _________________

Don't care, possibly the Cats if their odds are juicy enough and I back them. _________________ "It would be great to be playing in finals and in teams that are winning all the time, but I chose to come to Richmond" - Nathan G. Brown |

Hodge and Milburn can cancel each other out if they like. _________________ WWW.SONSOFTHESCRAY.COM |

Hodge won't go down, as much as anyone may dislike him, he's tough, and anyone would want his type on their side!
As for the d40's Milburn comment, i REALLY hope that was tongue in cheek, as much as i HATE Jeff Farmer, i'd hate to him or anyone go down with a serious knee injury! _________________

Good point Mel - I can't stand Jim from Hawthorn. So arrogant.
That said, I'd love the Hawks to win for Shane Crawford, but I can't see them beating the Arrogant Ones (The Cats).
In the end, I don't really care who wins - it'll be a Victorian team again, and we'll have to put up with their stupid supporters till the next GF (which will hopefully involve the Doggies) _________________ 2009... new year, same dream... Bulldogs for the flag! |

The Hawks will tear the Cats a new one. 1989 replay... right down to the result. _________________

Sounds perfectly reasonable to me. I have no time for Milburn after what he did to Stephen Silvagni.
I don't really care who wins. I hope to see the biggest Grand Final brawl of all time....bigger that 1990, bigger than 1985 and bigger than the "bloodbath" GF between South Melbourne and Carlton. |
