Yep, good idea Lauren.

It's going to be quite cold and I hope my hands dont go dead doing the stats like they did a few weeks ago.

Kangaroos listed players for Werribee
Reserves

30.Greenwood- work rate and defensive pressure were higlights of his game today. Laid 4 tackles, 5 spoils and kicked a goal too.

31.Riggio- didn't get as much of the ball as he did last week, but was still serviceable with 21 disposals, 7 tackles, 1 blocks and a goal. Another week in the VFL beckons I think.

33.Brown- another consistent performance with 17 disposals, 11 hit outs, 7 clearances, 3 tackles and 3 blocks. I believe that he still has something to offer at AFL level and I am not the only Werribee official who said this after today's game.

34.Davies- didn't get a lot of the ball as he usually does, but still ran all day and helped to set up some goals.

36.Scott Thompson- played well running off half back and was definitely better than last week I thought. Finished the game with 17 disposals, 4 tackles, 1 block and 3 spoils.

40.Obst- 13 disposals, 8 hitouts, 6 clearances, 2 blocks and a goal today as he rotated between defence/the ruck.

45.Warren- did all the right things leading up, but dropped quite a few marks and really needs to work on fixing this so he can push for AFL selection. One positive was his general work rate around the ground.

72.Sinclair- finished with 25 disposals and I thought that he used the football better this week. Defensive efforts with 8 tackles was great and helped to set up a few goals.

73.Nathan Thompson- booted six goals in a good performance up forward was equal most marks (9) with Sinclair for Werribee. I think another game at VFL level wouldn't be bad for him, but I can see him go straight back into the AFL line-up.

Pods was again consistent as he spent most of the game up forward booting four goals, his days in the backline might become numbered at this stage.

Dom Gleeson was possible the best VFL listed player for Werribee today and didn't give up helping set up goals at any stage.

Michael Barlow had 21 disposals and booted three goals, another good game from him.

Reserves
47.Wilsen- most of the game up forward, but also had a stint down back as well and was good in patches. Needs to regain the good form that he showed in a number of games earlier this year that saw him on the cusp of VFL senior selection.

Good to see Werribee with a win against good opposition. Would love to keep Nathan Thompson for a few more rounds. He and Pods in combination would destroy any backline.

Was it Obst that was anywhere and everywhere today?
One minute he's go the ball in the backline next second he's lining up for goal or giving a goal assist..

Yeah pretty sure it was him.

Levi Greenwood has got to be close to getting a game for Nth Melbourne doesnt he, hes been very good, although from a Werribee point of view i dont want him to go up cause i want Werribee to win.
