Kangaroos listed players for Werribee
Seniors

29.Goldstein- after what was possible his best game for Werribee last week, his performance today was a little bit down. Had 20 hit outs, 15 disposals and kicked goal in what was still a decent game for him. Was forced to shoulder a lot of the ruck load after an injury to McKinnon.

30.Greenwood- got through his second game back from injury unscathed, had 18 disposals and just ran all day. Defensive pressure around the packs was good and kicked a goal.

32.Ross- best on ground performance with 32 disposals and hopefully should be in the mix for AFL selection in the coming weeks. Kicked two goals.

33.Brown- 18 disposals and 2 goals in what was another reliable performance, I think another game or two in the VFL would be good for him. Also rotate in the ruck with Goldstein after McKinnon's injury.

34.Davies- had a surprisingly below par performance today and will need to step up against Sandringham to force him his way back in the AFL side. Off the ball defensive pressure was good, as he laid four tackles.

36.Scott Thompson- 27 disposals in a very good performance, after unluckily being dropped from the AFL side. Got his touches around the ground and created a number of goal opportunities.

42.McMahon- greate defensive game today with 5 tackles, 3 blocks and 2 spoils. Didn't get heaps of the ball, but with 17 disposals it was definitely a serviceable game from him.

45.Warren- led well and didn't get the ball delivered to him well during the first half. His marking was an improvement on last week's performance against Box Hill. Kicked two goals and got the ball a bit around the ground.

Michael Barlow played possible his best game for Werribee today with 28 disposals and a goal, this guy just keeps getting better every week.

Pods played down for three and a half quarter, but during his stint in the forward line he kicked three important goals in a good captain's performance.

Youngy laid seven tackles and applied plenty of defensive pressure, I join Mel in saying that I love watching him play.

Matt Quigley was impressive in his senior VFL game with 12 disposals and kicked a nice goal too.

Reserves
They had a bye this week and a result, James Wilsen didn't play a game of football this weekend.

Love it, go Youngy.

Heard the scores while i was watching Willytown play, think i may have been the only Werribee suporter there hahaah, well i was happy they won.

Awesome effort from the guys to get up in this one, lets hope they can string 2 wins together now and beat Sandyham.

Bees have a few home games in a row now, hopefully it will get our season back on track.

Good to see Setchy still at Tassie, did you catch up with him Benny?

A few of the other boys did Mel, but not myself.

I started with the club back in 2005 and he wasn't with Werribee then.

He had a great game too, 37 disposals and ran all day.
