Only Kerr could find that hilarious! I'll keep what I really wanted to say to myself.

I see that Cousins has arrived back in the country today, I wonder how long it will take for the media to make him out to be some sort of hero.........

doggies40- 04-30-2007

Ive never been on drugs, never been around drugs, and never want anything to do with drugs(my cousin did die from a drug od tho), but i really cant see how he(ben) could only be over in america in a drug rehab centre for only a month or so, i would have thought it would have been longer.

Will the eagles stay tough and if ben stuffs up that will be it, or are they just going to say that to the afl and tot he publie that they will be tough on him, do all the drug tests and all that stuff, and if they do a test and it comes back positive, will they just hide it and pretend nothing happened.

DoggyOutWest- 04-30-2007

A month is enough if he does outpatient stuff back here, which apparently he is doing, so...

The problem is that the risk of relapse is massive, something like 80%.

Even though he wears my most hated guernsey, and he is a bit of a knobhead, I hope the bloke pulls it together. When we beat the Eagles this September, I want him standing there.

Despite running well at recovery on Sunday, Cousins will miss next week's trip to Adelaide to take on Port and the visit of Sydney, leaving him in a race to be fit to take on the Western Bulldogs at Telstra Dome on July 27.

I always thought this would be the case. This guy is a w****r of the highest level.................lets give to him I say.

cino- 07-08-2007

So that means we get the honours of being the first team to take strips off him? :D Why, thank you West Coast!

...he's going to come out and smash us probably.

After the PA at the Dome played a range of songs from the 70s, it would be appropriate that they welcome Ben back with a few of these beauties.

Ice, Ice Baby
Cocaine
He'll Never Be An Old Man River (I'm on the drugs that killed River Phoenix)
The Reefer Song

And, of course, Afroman's "But I Got High"!! :rofl

or, after the training injury, maybe they should play the new one by The Chemical Brothers, "The Pills Won't Help You Now"!!!

As will alot of people. If this is the case, this will be a huge game, hopefully those who do not even go for the bulldogs will attend and give it to him. Hopefully we will get a decent crowd being a prime time Friday night match and all.

What about "I'm on the drug that killed River Pheonix"?
Foreigner - Cold As Ice
Michael Jackson - Speed Demon
Rappers Ice T, Vanilla Ice & Ice Cube are going to perform before the game.

Would love to see him sitting on the sidelines with a corky, just so he can have an ICE pack strapped to his leg.
