The fires here in Victoria
I hope there is noone from here caught up in them, i know a few people who now have no home to go back to, and still a couple of people i havent heard from, and still some family members that may come under threat from someof the fires in Traralgon.

Such a horrible horrible weekend.

Hope you all stay safe, and think and do what you can for al lthese people who have lost everything.

Where going to be asking the parents at my work if they can donate stuff, and we'll take it to the salvos or red cross or where ever we can take it to.

My father lives in the area with his missus. They are OK for the moment, but he can't get back to Melbourne, and the fires are headed their way.

Scary stuff.

My Dad is fine, and on his way home tonight. Finally. Had me worried sick, the bastard even turned off his mobile to make it worse, LOL...

I will be taking a week's leave in the next few weeks and donating my time to help rebuild fences, sheds, etc.

A few of the boys were all thinking of going up there together, if anyone wants to come along please let me know. We'll be volunteering for the tough jobs, fencing, fixing sheds and corrugated iron, etc. so please make sure you're ready for that kind of work in the heat. Otherwise, love to have you along.
