Congrats to Cameron and the other 3 guys in the boat, the won a silver medal last night, WOOOOHOOOOOO.

Well Grant Hackett jsut came 2nd in the 1500m swimming final. Bit disappointed in him, imo he left his run 1 lap to long, but hey im not a swimmer so i really shouldnt say anything. Im disappointed for him as well as happy for him, i mean getting a silver medal at the olympics is still a very good effort, and listening to him talk in the interview with ch7 after the race you could tell he had nothing left, and thats all you can ask for.

Beijing over and done with. Few surprises in regards to gold, some big disappointments also. The first week had my attention, by the second week, the novelty was well and truly over. I'll be glad to not have to hear Phelps' name again for the next 4 years.

I'm sure you'll be hearing plenty of oooo Rice and Phelps, super swimming babies and eamon's broken heart, lol, although avoiding shows like today tonight and a current affair may help you steer clear of it.

Ill never forget Sally McLellans after race interview when she won silver, that was gold, so natural, was awesome to watch. Matthew Mitcham is another one that will stay with me, to produce that last dive like he did was bloody awesome and to score 112 out of 114 was unbelieveable.
