Would've stood a chance if it wasnt for some inconsistent refereeing.. Three of their penalties led to tries seconds later and only 1 would've been (barely) a correct call

I have to ask, why wait until a Melbourne 'B' side are playing to show a game live into Melbourne?

It's about time the NRL fixed this gap due to Origin. It is farcical that a side can effectively have their entire squad out due to a midweek game.
