That is quite incredible. Ordinarily from my perspective Boumann kicking a bag would be the highlight, but all year I've been hearing how good this Coburg side is. Amazing that they not only lose, but do it so badly.
11 goal win. Incredible.

Nah, not Matty, but Murray. Was on Carlscum's rookie list a couple of years ago.

I was only joking.
I said Matty cause he was pretty nowhere to be found on the MCG on friday night.
Congratulations to Reserves Coach Saade Ghazi and his players for making the 2008 VFL Reserves Grand Final. The match will be played on the weekend of 21st/22nd September at TEAC Oval, Port Melbourne.
The Reserves upset the previously undefeated Coburg side in the 2nd Semi Final last Saturday. The will face the winner of the Preliminary Final between Box Hill Hawks and Coburg which is being played this Sunday at TEAC Oval.
RESERVES WRAP
Williamstown played the undefeated Coburg in the second semi final at Port Melbourne. Coburg and Williamstown only met on one occasion during the home and away season with Coburg victorious by 51 points.
Williamstown was strengthened with the inclusion of 4 players – Tom Langlands and James Beaumont were dropped from the seniors whilst Matthew Miller and Nick Georgiadis returned from injury and illness.
In the first half Williamstown was unable to capitalize on their opportunities as they kicked 3 goals and 13 behinds to Coburg’s 7 goals 6 behinds. Coburg looked the more polished side but in the second half a dramatic change occurred with Williamstown winning the ball out of the centre and they had two key forwards in Murray Boyd and Jarrod Boumann who begun to mark the ball and dominate. The whole Williamstown side lifted and they kicked 15 goals to 2 in the second half to record a 66 point victory and to power into the Grand Final in 2 weeks time.
